ABSTRACT. This study is a continuation of the investigation presented
in 1991 under the Report No. 5200 and is dedicated to the development
of expert systems technology. The work done in 1992 is related to the
metrics of heuristical rules, decomposition of knowledge-base structures
and design of multidimensional time-depended matrixes whose attributes
have to be kept in certain boundary conditions.
