The twenty-five models were designed by Michael Allen, creator of Authorware. He has his Ph.D. in human engineering from The Ohio State School of Education and helped develop PLATO, the first large-scale instructional application of computer technology. The models demonstrate how to design the most efficient learning applications. Instructors can easily modify the models to build their own custom applications. The package includes the models with and without sample content, and a tour of the models, narrated by Dr. Allen.
