Accommodation

We have made a number of block reservations for the participants of TFP / ICFP / GPCE 2005 at various hotels and were able to get special offers from most of them (meaning 30-50% below regular prices). However, most of these are only held until the early registration deadline July 29, 2005, so it is highly advisable to make your reservation as soon as possible.

Update (Aug 24): We have been able to make a block booking in the Nordic l'Ermitage hotel (expiring September 2). See their contacts and reference number below to make your reservation.

Update (Aug 1): Some hotels have extended our block reservations for a week until a dozen days until Aug 5 and Aug 10. There will be no further extensions. It is critical that you hurry now, otherwise you are completely on your own. After these block reservations expire, we will not be able to help you with hotel bookings in any way whatsoever.

All of the hotels listed below are situated in the city center or the old town. None of them is further away from conference venue (the House of the Brotherhood of the Blackheads) than 1.5 kms. Most are closer, in fact. Breakfast is included, credit card payments are accepted. Please make sure to quote the given block reservation number / reference when you make your individual reservation with the hotel.

NB! The block reservation numbers / references for the hotels are available only to TFP / ICFP / GPCE'05 registrants. Please enter your email (exactly the same that you provided when registering) and registration id (you can find it in the automatic email that you received after registration procedure) to see these.
